Alistair Creevy
Hello and thank you for visiting our website.
I am the Director of Independent Advisers (Scotland) Ltd and established the Company in July 2003.
My main objective since I left the management side of financial services after 20 years in 2000 (Regional and Branch Management position with Clerical Medical, Standard Life and AMP Pearl) was to provide a holistic service to both personal and corporate clients.
It is probably best summed up in quote from the late President Roosevelt :
"People may forget what you said, they may forget how you spoke but they never forget how you made them feel".
Service is a word overused in my industry and so many promises are broken.
I have built up my practice based on honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Please feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss or review your financial goals and I look forward to being of service to you.

I have worked in the Financial Services for 14 years, 11 of these with Pearl Assurance as a Financial Adviser and Area Manger.
I set up as an IFA in 2001 and built up my business concentrating mainly on Personal and Corporate Financial Planning.

Norman Lilley
I have been working as an IFA for nearly 4 years, following a 19 year association as a tied Representative with Sun Life of Canada.
Having built up a large client bank connection, servicing clients in their needs for Pension advice, Assurance, Investment and Mortgage, I enjoy working in the Independent sector as it offers wider choice and competitiveness to cater for them.
I hold the Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage qualification.
I live in Elderslie near Paisley and find it handy for the main office in Glasgow.
I am married with 1 daughter of 8 and in my spare time I enjoy being a member of a hillwalking club, cycling and the odd game of golf. |

I have recently joined Independent Advisers Scotland so you , my clients , & I can benefit from higher standards of service and advice than I have found in my 19 years in the financial services industry. Over 15 years were in advisory and management roles with Pearl Assurance & AMP in the Highlands and Islands. I set up my IFA business in 2003 and have built this mainly in the protection, investment and pension areas , on a personal and corporate basis.
I recently added Mortgages to this ,with the addition of CII advanced accreditation in this area. On a personal note - I live with my two children in Evanton and enjoy outdoor pursuits and also play in a traditional celeidh band in my spare time.
I have also served with various committees in the local area. Please feel free to contact me for a personal assessment and professional advice and solutions for you , your family or your business ' financial future. |

I have worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 5 years now. I joined IA Scotland in October 2006 after a successful career working as a Mortgage Adviser for Slater Hogg & Howison, and prior to that as a Financial Adviser for the CIS.
The main reason for joining IAScotland was to offer my clients a fully independent service in all areas of financial planning, rather than being limited to a small choice of financial products.
In essence I can now offer my client a better more personalised service, fully tailored to their needs!
My main business areas within the company are dealing with mortgage enquiries and related protection products, although this year I aim to branch out into investments and pensions also in order to offer a wider service to you my clients.
Please feel free to contact me should you wish to review your mortgage or if you are thinking of buying a new home, or indeed to discuss any area of financial planning.
