Please refer to Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) provided to you and Key facts about our services and Key Facts about the cost of our services. Over and above these ongoing charges are made by way of monthly/annual retainer depending on client circumstances and agree level of services being provided in the future.

Please note Independent Advisers (Scotland) Ltd will continue to act on your behalf even if you do not wish to take on our retainer services. If this is the case then we will charge you for the appropriate advice and service required at the time and whilst we as a firm will keep records of any sale made we will not provide any update or review of your circumstance, or any ongoing servicing queries. You can of course at any future date upgrade service level after discussions with your adviser.

Depending on your circumstances there are 5 levels of ongoing services available and details are as follows:

MAINTENANCE
	Correspondence Maintenance only (i.e. update file records and correspondence from providers for future reference for as and when client wants to call for further advice in the future). An additional charge will be made on a transactional basis where necessary. This may be supported by an annual form sent to client to complete so the firm can update its own records as and when client seeks advice in the future.
	Newsletter.
	Access to the PA/Admin for information on policies and telephone advice from consultant.
Cost: £10-£15 per month depending on number of polices administered.

BASIC
	Annual Valuation of Plans.
	Newsletter
	All policy administration maintained and providers liaised with where appropriate.
	Client queries handled by support team except when the firms principal contact has to be involved.
	Annual phone review with consultant. This may lead to face to face meeting if there is a reason to progress the financial plan. This will be charged at appropriate rate and method as close through the transactional basis.
Cost: £15-£23 depending on client complexity.

STANDARD
	Face to Face meeting annually.
	Annual valuation of Plans.
	Newsletter.
	All policy administration maintained and providers liaised with where appropriate.
	Client queries handled by support team except when the firm Principal contact has to be involved.
	Special terms on fees and commissions on future transactions.
	Monthly bulletin (by email).
Cost: £23-£38 per month depending on client complexity.

ADVANCED
	Face to Face meeting twice per annum.
	Policy valuations twice per annum.
	Newsletter.
	Fund Management Update/Monitoring of Portfolio & 1/4 Investment bulletin.
	Account Management of Fees/Commission.
	Invitation to any relevant seminars with an interested guest at no charge.
	Maintenance of clients goals and objectives. Review if necessary.
	All policy administration maintained and providers liaised with where appropriate.
	Client queries handled by support team and adviser.
	Monthly bulletin (by email).
	WRAP Services provided.
	Special terms on fees and commissions on future transactions.
Cost: £38-£65 per month depending on client complexity.

TAILORED Please note: No one agreement is the same but these are examples that may differentiate it from items included in the services under the other offering:
	Agreed frequency of face to face meetings and valuations etc.
	Direct access to the Firm Principal contact at any time.
	Liaison and meetings with clients professional contacts (accountants, solicitors, etc)
	Invitation to social events.
	Full Estate Planning as well as portfolio report.
	Management Consultancy Services for business owners.
	All services as per advanced schedule.
Cost: Fee to be agreed accordingly to precise requirements but between £65 and £200 per month.
